Are you veg or vegan?

How concerned are you about nutrition. Do you keep track of what you eat and how much protein is in it...or do you just think...meh...i'm still breathing..i'm good.

I take a multivitamin everyday, and make sure I get in at least 35 g of fibre a day. I watch my sodium intake, and make sure I drink 3L of water a day.

What are your nutrition quirks? If any?

I take an expensive multivitamin for cardiovascular health, immune system support, bone health, etc. It is called lifepak nano. I am a vegan and I worry about if I will get proteins and stuff from the foods I eat. I also have at least 2 apples a day(dunno about the saying, but it seems to work).

I'm not too concerned but Monday I'm having some blood work done to make sure I'm healthy. Last time I had it done (almost two years ago), even though I was eating cheese I was still "dangerously low" with calcium.

I'm not too concerned with iron, let alone with protein. Protein is in everything. I drink 100oz of water on days I'm inactive. 200-300oz of water on days I'm active. I've recently decided (a few days ago) to cut the caffeine from my diet (wasn't in the form of soda--was coffee). I don't worry about salt intake--I don't add table salt to my food any more. I check my blood pressure every few weeks at work--Typically around 115/65, which is on the low end of average/healthy. Once a month or so I add some Nutritional Yeast to food to get B12.
