Venice to Rome train travel?

Im traveling to Venice to Rome on 22nd dec, '10. Ive been trying to find train tickets but haven't found any so far! Does any one know
1. if i get can the tickets on the day of departure?
2. can I go from Venezia Santa Lucia station to Rome?
3. Any web sites from which i can find the tickets?
