Does anyone heat those in the microwave??
And i know that your not suppose to heat a bottle in a microwave but im sure everyone does it.
I just bought these bottles and not sure if you can put them in the microwave or not..

I'm not sure what the fuss is, when my children were babies we nuked their bottles all the time.

There is quite a bit of debate these days about plastic bottles and whether they contain dangerous chemicals that can leach into formula. If you are concerned, use glass bottles.

A sealed container can build up dangerous pressure in a microwave and explode. I would recommend not nuking the nipples anyway. If you cap the bottles, leave the cap loose for expansion.

Always test the temperature of a nuked bottle carefully. A microwave can heat up formula very quickly.

i'm a mother of two and don't do that! even if you warm just the water it takes out nutrients...get a coffee mug with water in it and warm it up in the microwave....then put the premade bottle in the cup of water to warm the formula! putting plastic or foam in the microwave is never a good idea...stick to glass only!!!

never heat anything in plastic in the microwave. Especially for a baby who's bodies have a much harder time metabolizing the contaminants in them.

'i'm sure everyone does it'
... then we wonder why this generation is riddled with autism, ADHD, asthma, severe allergies, paediatric cancers.

... read the package you just took them out of.

I am a mom of 3 children and I never put a bottle in a microwave. It is not good for the bottles, heating formula in the microwave can less the nutrient value of the formula, and can create hot spots in the formula. I just run some hot water into a large cup and put the bottle in the cup until it is warm.

I dont heat bottles in the microwave. I use a big measuring cup, fill it with water and microwave that. Then I sit the bottle in it to heat it up. We live in an apartment so sometimes it takes a few minutes to get hot water out of the tap.
