well i bought the verizon 5 spot and it works perfectly i have 2 iPhones that connect to the device wirelessly with no problem but when i try to connect wirelessly to the laptop it says failed after i type in the passcode..can someone help?? and i am entering the passcode correctly so that is not the issue and ive already spoken to support with no avail
