Verizon Voyager Help?

I have the voyager, and it has a problem of turning off all the time. Like every 40 seconds, and thats not even exaggerating, i've timed it.

Does anyone know the problem?

Before it turns off the font sometimes goes like red, or the screen goes some strange color...
 
I have HEARD this is a common problem with the Voyager and the Env Touch.. Take it in, and get a new one :)
