verizonwireless, can I find out my friend's last time to use his phone?

Can I call verizon and give them his number to find out the last time he used his cell phone?
idk what happened to him, I 've been calling and texting him like crazy yesterday but he hasn't answered any of them. he usually texts/calls back.
Idk if he lost his phone or somethings wrong with him right now.
