I am pretty tech illiterate so, here goes..
I have an older laptop (4 yrs old) that only has a VGA output and I own a Phillips 42" Plasma that appears to only have SVideo input and 2 HDMI inputs but no VGA input.
Can I even use a VGA cord with my tv? Are there any cords or anything that I can get so I can watch movies that are on my laptop on my TV...or is there just no way around it (other than buying a newer laptop with a SVideo output)?
