My name is Omkar Joshi, I purchased a Sony Ericsson’s phone T715 for rs.9900 on 15th Jan 2010, on 25th June the keypad of the phone stopped functioning properly hence i submitted the phone to the Sony Ericsson's service center Thane.
I recived my phone back on 11 august 2010. In a few days after that again the same problem is noticed. Hence I mailed to sony ericsson about this problem and they said to submit my phone again. I submitted my phone for 2nd time on 14th august and recived back after 2 months i.e 12 october 2010.
After that in just 3-4 days again the same problem raised and the phone stopped functioning. So I mailed again to sony ericsson demanding a replacement. After so many days they said me to submit the phone again and this time they will provide me a beneficial solution.
I submitted my phone for 3rd time on 4th November 2010 to the thane service center and the attendant their told me that your phone will be sent to the head office and you will get a replacement. So I was quite happy. But I have not recived my phone till date and when I mailed sony ericsson on 5th November about the details of the phone work order I recived reply on 2nd December in that they asked me for KIND CO-OPERATION and nothing is mentioned that when ill get my phone back.
You can see that my phone is in service station from the month of july and my warranty will expire in 15th January 2011 is hardly a month remaining. I want a replacement and nothing else and I would like if you can help me getting replacement.
