i want to practice my signing with a friend who lives far away. he mentioned a free download called "video phone" but i have never heard of it. he couldn't explain it very well over text, he's obviously better at signing. i'm guessing it's a kind of web cam sort of thing? anyone know what this is, can explain it, and tell me where the download is? thanks so much!
