Video Podcasts won't get on iPhone!?

They're in iTunes, all ticked in the syncing page and when I check my iPhone ipod, there is only like 4 out of the 20 there should be!

I've been using iPods forever now, and know them inside out and I have NO idea why this is happening and this is the last place I could turn!

They're all downloaded, ticked, on the Podcasts syncing page it says "Sync (All )" and they are checked and everything!

So what why is this happening?
 
What you need to do is:

Go to your podcasts that won't sync... and one by one and highlight them... then go to the "Advanced" menu at the top of the window and select the "Create iPod/iPhone version" option.

Do that for all the ones that won't sync and you should have no more problems...
