Hi there,
Well I think I actually know the ingredients: Fish sauce, water, garlic, sugar, chillie, lemon/lime, carrot, papaya (please correct me if I'm wrong!). Sorry to be annoying, but the next time you/your mum/aunty/relative makes nuoc cham, could you please please inform me of the EXACT QUANTITIES of the ingredients, as I just can't get it right! No offence to the Southern version, I just don't like it so sweet. Many thanks.
