I was recently installed with the 'L' package for TV with Virgin Media, and have been watching on-demand programmes as recently as last night... however this morning it's saying 'you will need to subscribe to be able to view this programme'!? I've looked all over the Internet and can't find many people with the same problem. Has this happened to anybody else, and if so do you know why it may be happening and what to do about it. I'm having a nightmare with Virgin already, everything is a mess, from double-booking my installation date to ignoring emails (I'm not yet on the phone and 0845 numbers are blocked at work so can't ring them)... I've only been with them about 3 weeks! Unfortunately they're my only option as I'm in a rented property whose owner won't allow a Sky Dish to be put up.
