Ive had this virus on my laptop for a few days now and from the beggining I was running virus scans and all that. the virus disabled the internet completly so all I have had to try to erase this virus was McAfee. The virus kept sending me links to buy a scam anti virus software (antivirus xp pro), initialy the virus only blocked certain sites but by yesterday it has progressed. ive run all sorts of scans even in safe mode and I still have no internet. im running constant scans and im alwase finding a few more infected virus's, so i know i still have it. i was thinking that i might be able to just re start my whole computer completly. i dont know how exactly to do this but if u could give me any usefull information that would be extremly helpful.
by the way im typing this on my ipod touch. im just 16 so i really dont kno entirly a lot about computers so any info at allwould be nice, ive spent practically half my vacation trying to fix this problem i just thought id tell u,
