Vista Protected files, unable to delete?

I have files of pictures on my computer and I am attempting to delete them...I have backed them up elsewhere and are cleaning up the computer...and it will not let me...it say you must have permission...there is only 1 user...and every time I click to give it permission it has an error and refuses to delete
 
i think ur flash pen/flash drive/hdd have autorun.inf file go to the google and write HOW TO REMOVE WRITE PRTECTED OR AUTORUN.INF FILES
u well get good solution their don't throw any thing try to solve
