Voice Changer for Skype, Vent, etc?

Hey, I'm trying to get a voice changer where I basically just plug in the microphone and I can like change my voice from like male -> old man etc so that I can use it on skype calls, msn and ventrilo. I don't mind if i have to pay, as long as it works. I've tried AV VCS Diamond but I don't understand how it works and the voice changers aren't realistic. Know any better ones?
