vw oil level check stick pulled out the plastic housing around it inside?

My vw is having a problem. The oil pressure light keeps coming on while turning , or on the highway. even while stopping! What should i do. Today i oopened the dip stick for the oil and some plastic tube came out with it! What should i do what part needs to be replaced and how much will it cost. VW expert mechanics only please. I dont seek an opinion i seek a solution. Thanks alot~

Your oil is going to leak all over. If you don't know how to fix that, go get it fixed ASAP by a pro. Very IMPORTANT.
