when i try parking my dad cars it makes a noise like the steering pump is dodgy i dont no but when it revrses it makes noise or even when its on idle and you move the steering it makes a whirling noise any ideas also our clutch is hard the mechanic said that cable clutch are like that is that true i thought maybe the master cylinder must have water in it or is this ok
