Well in the last few years I've been waking up sometimes and my mind will be partly conscious, but as hard as I try I won't be able to move, sometimes as long as a few minutes. the scary thing is, sometimes i'll wake up face down on my pillow and it feels like i'm smothering myself, but i can't move away from it. anyone know what's going on?</p></blockquote><p></p>
