Walking dead iPad game, help?!?

So I'm at the motor inn I think it's called and was unaware about a pillow? I moved to the truck but can't do anything at all! Help?! How do I get passed this part without the pillow or how do I get back for the pillow?

After you grab the pillow go kill the zombie by the car. Then open the car and take the spark plug. Go back to the truck and smash the window with it. Grab the ice pick and go to the left side entrance and go to the RV. its easy from there!!!

you have to cover the zombie that is lying up against the car with the pillow and the woman will shoot it in the head, then open the car and get a plug thing, then go back to the car and throw the thing through the window of the jeep :)
