The American Civil Liberties Union of Ohio is assisting the antiabortion-rights group Susan B. Anthony List in a case that "tells us a great deal about threats to conviction and free speech in modern American politics," Wall Street Journal columnist William McGurn writes. At issue is a billboard ad that SBA List planned to run against Rep. Steve Driehaus (D-Ohio), one of several House Democrats the group campaigned against for supporting the health care reform law (PL 111-148). The ad said, "Shame on Steve Driehaus!
