Tonight I saw two dogs with collars wondering on the side of the road. Tried to get them to come with me but they wouldnt listen. What should I do in this situation? Its in the city of Gainesville. I have lived in Colorado and seen this happen and I would usually be successfull in getting the dog into my car and finding the owner the next day. Is there anyone I can call at 3am on a Thurs morning (night)? It sucks to think that these dogs could be hit by cars.
