i would like to eat healthier, to avoid gaining weight, and loosing a little bit of weight. problem is, i'm 15, and i can't really control what my mom makes for dinner, when most of the week me and my siblings eat tv dinners and canned soup because my mom doesnt feel like cooking after being at work all day. what can i do to try to eat healthier? how about excercises that get rid of tummy fat [ the little pocket of fat below my belly button] and love handles? thank you!
