Okay, so here's my story. My first warped tour was two years ago. I had to leave halfway through due to the fact that I felt physically sick. I missed my all time favorite band because of this. Last year, I went and survived the whole thing. Even though it was the middle of July and hot as hell, I survived. I drank at least 4 or 5 bottles of water. It wasn't fun, but I did it. After 5 it started to cool off. I had to stay the entire thing because my 2 favorite bands there were both last...and on at the same time...ughhh.

This year, my favorite band that I missed the first year will be at warped again. I want to see them but I'm afraid they're gonna be on last or something really stupid like that. Every year I've went so far all the bands I want to see are always in the second half. I don't like sitting on a field in the blazing fun feeling sick. There is little to no shade. The free Monster thing is nice, but you can't stay in there forever. Most people I know think Warped is fun. I agree. I could be fun if it wasn't so freaking hot.

Any tips on how to survive the heat? I've already tried drinking lots of water, which does help. I went to the medical tent.

I don't know if you were talking about this, but last year there was a tent that had sprayed mist into the air and under the tent. I am sure they'll have that this year again, so look for it and stay there when there are no good bands playing. I didn't have anyone telling me to leave, but the only sucky thing is that you had to sit where the floor wasn't wet.
You can have someone go, check the Vans Wall and have them text you when the band you'd like to see is playing so you wouldn't have to be there all day. The only thing that sucks about that is if your favorite band plays at 12 will you get there in time with all the traffic and maybe long line?
There isn't much tips. Sorry!
