ok so I just found out that I am going to have to pay alot of money for my broken car, and i mean a lot!!
It has warranty but the warranty is under the previous owners name....
it says that the owner needs to write a letter saying that he wants to transfer his warranty on to me and that it also needs a bill of sale or agreement and this all needed to be done within 15 days of the purchase of the car. Its been a year since i bought it. So what happens if I was to take it to the dealear? Do they check for the name of who owns the car? Do you think it will still work if the previous owner took it? I mean it is their warranty and it shouldnt matter right? What can I do? PLEASE HELP!!!
