Wart on toe reappearing after several doctor visits for removal? HPV "rumor"?
I got a wart in between my big toe and second toe in November. At first we tried in home treatment. No help. Then we tried the in home freeze off. Nothing. So I had 4 doctor visits getting freeze off treatments. They said the freeze off can take up to like 1-4 doctor visits just depending. So since this 4th treatment they told me I was going to have to have it ripped off. Lovely. So they numbed my toe and ripped it off with tools and FINALLY it was gone. But a month later....I realized yesterday that its coming back. Are you frickin kidding me??? The wart isnt big and never grows it just never goes away. Ik everyone who gets warts has a virus that is stuck with them forever, whether they just get one wart or a bunch of them. But then I read that it's from the HPV virus?!? Isn't that a sexually transmitted disease?!?! So if warts come from hpv does this mean im more likely to catch something like HPV-Genital Warts or any of the other HPV types? Or is HPV not necessarily always sexually trasmitted ? Basically, do people with NON SEXUAL warts have any risk of std's or anything like that? Because that would be hella whack!!
If anyone has an awesome suggestion for my nasty wary please let me know. And if anyone has an answer for the hpv virus, please let me know, thank you.
