Was Gossip Girl new last night? (2/16)?

Because when I looked on my tv guide, it was an old episode, except on one of the CW's gossip girl videos on youtube.. it said that new episodes were to start on February 16th, which was yesterday! So, when do new episodes start?
Ah my mistake, I just re-watched the video and must have mistaken march for february ):

tear, we have to wait a whole month!
 
No, monday night was a rerun.
The next episode doesn't come on until March 16th.
