Was the goddess Hestia in The Lost Hero?

In The Last Olympian we learn that no one notices Hestia as everyone is so busy they don't look for her but she is always around camp, near the fire or other places and we know she is takes the form for an 8 year old at camp. Well if you go to the part where Jason, Leo and Piper touch down in the lake they is an 8 year old girl watching them coming out, could that be Hestia?
