Was this a fair lease?

So I just got out of a two year lease last year. The way the owner had the lease set up was quite interesting. I liked it, but I'm wondering how other people might think of it. SO The deal was all the leasers paid $150 for three days a week but with 4 hour limitations for each day, so that was 12 hours a week. I liked it because I had the freedom to move my days and times around to fit my changing schedule and I got more days than I would for a $125 a month lease with only a single, whole day. And the time limitation wasn't a problem for me. Unless someone was coming right after us we all had the freedom to come a little early or stay a bit late. What do you guys think? Does this deal sound alright?
