wats the best internet service using satellite?

wats the best internet service using satellite? i seen a commercial of hughes net internet service and that was the first and only commercial i seen of sattellite internet. i did not know it had existed until i seen the hughes net commercial. we got dial up and we trying to upgrade our internet provider and the broadband people wont come to our house and try and put the internet on cuz they keep saying about the area we live in.

So my question is for those people who do use internet by satellite wat is the best service. As in customer service and as in good internet service. I just dont wanna jump straight into hughes net and then it turns up to be a bad internet provider.
