Way too ticklish during sex?

It seems to be getting worse for me. I am soooo ticklish. My husband tries kissing me gently and i just start laughing and moving him away from that spot. Its getting worse. I don't want to be that ticklish especially while making love with my husband.

Have you had this problem? What can i do to make myself less ticklish?
