I sprained my big toe over a fear ago, and the joint never 100% healed, meaning it has always been a bit swollen ever since. But today, I somehow aggravated it, and now it's swollen up again, and Once again it hurts to bend the toe. This is gona screw me over tomorrow during my track meet. Is there anyway I can maybe reduce the swelling or the pain it causes me by tomorrow. I'm already icing it.
