Both sides have airbags and can not be turned off. The police said it was legal and the fire department installed it. Getting new vehicles is not an option right now, so should we put it in the middle or on the passenger side? We have had these trucks for over 5 years and they are paid off, and unfortunately we can't afford to take on payments or get anything else.
Well first of all, I said we had them over 5 years. I didn't say they were 5 years old. They are 12, and 15 yrs. old and no they do not have switches. Second, if a police officer, actually a Highway Patrol officer told me it was legal, then it is. If you have a single cab vehicle, it is not illegal to have a car seat in it. It is a company truck, and the other one is also a company truck that they let us use. Thanks anyways for your opinion.
