Weight Training?

Current exercise type; Dumbbell curls, dumbbell flyes, inclined bench press, bench press, tricep pushdown, lat pulldown, leg extensions, leg curls and sit ups. Is there any part of the body that is not being exercised, if so what types of exersices can I do to use these muscles? I want to both strength, endurance and tone train through the week, what is the best way and best order to do this? Shold I workout all the muscles through the day or just certian sections at diffrent types of the week?
