So, I'm in my 20's, I'm 6 feet tall, and 150 pounds, which is on the thin side. I would like to bulk up to around 185 pounds and also gain lots of power and strength to my muscles. Is martial arts counter productive to bodybuilding? I would like to workout Monday through Friday in the morning for about an hour each day. I really do need to add power and mass to all muscles in my body, but I would particularly like to have very powerful legs, back muscles, and abs. Can anyone recommend anything to me or offer any advice?
