My weightlifting high school class consist of 8 groups, ranging from lowest to highest which means strongest to weakest. Last week my class was maxing out and i wasn't there to attend some of them which lasted 2 school days. Now for my upper body group i am put with group 8. After working out with them, i can barely feel anything hurting because it was too easy. Earlier a kid asked if he could move up a group but he was yelled at by my coach. Do i just put up with the easy weights or just speak to my coach? Usually i would be in group 5 or 6.
