The past few weeks I've been having some weird breathing patterns. Breathing in is fine, but when I breathe out I have to get all the air out and then I keep trying to push air out that isn't there. Or I hold my breath and tense my chest and throat muscles. It feels subconscious, and most the time I don't notice it, but it's started to make my throat sore and it's at best annoying. I have had anxiety issues and that's what family etc think it's related to, but this has never come up, and I don't feel anxious lately. Any ideas?
