Weird dream I had that someone was trying to kill me help please?

Ok so it started out that I was in a foreign country with my cousin and some of our friends. I don't know where but we were treated like royalty because people assumed we were rich because they knew we were American.We were at their equivalent of our mall where they had tables and such lined up on a street for people to buy but it seemed that there were 2 separate faciliities for everything. One for poor people and 1 for rich civilians and/or tourists such as bathrooms, food courts, rest benches you get the idea. So we're pretty confused at the situation but push it aside then i get separated from the rest of the group and end up in some sort of a classroom watching a video and introducing myself as a number which is what I'm labeled as for the moment.It's like a twisted version of my old high school. We all exit the room and head up the campus to a higher level so all the girls can take showers.while the guys are just waiting outside in the hallway. While on my way up, I notice a guy along with his crew watching me as I exited the room and following me up the stairs towards the shower area then waiting I'm assuming to get me alone. After I shower I give the girl next to me a weird look after I peek out the door and notice green hoody guy and his posse still there waiting. As if reading my mind like wtf is he doing I don't even know who he is, she answers he's your ex bf he won't ever leave you alone until you'll willingly be happy with him or until he kills you. So I get freaked out and knowing I have to get out of there asap or they'll wonder what's taking so long. I don't change I just ask her to talk aka flirt with him and get the attention of his friends for me while I sneak out when they're not looking. She agrees and succeeds in creating a diversion while I sneak out in only a towel wrapped around me and I run all the way to the end of the hallway when 1 of them turns around and spots me turning the corner. He yells that I'm getting away and the school bell rings followed by thousands of people coming out of classrooms to my advantage. All of a sudden I have clothes on now along with a brown sweatshirt. I unexpectedly literally run into my friends I got separated from and begin to say how I'm so glad to see them but they just give me weird looks and start to walk away. I yell at them don't you remember me but they keep walking. So I run to the quad area where everyone is just walking in circles and zigzags in line formation. I jump in line with my friends and the guys that were chasing me spot me and try to stab me with a knife but then proceed to kill 2 of my friends who had no clue what was going on. As they do this I run away from the scene to the other side of the quad area where people are coming out of a tunnel like kinda place going back into the open area again so before I step out I take off the sweatshirt I'm wearing since there's so many people that my "ex-bf" is gonna do an elimination process looking for me by scanning over people that aren't wearing a brown sweatshirt.

Then I woke up. Has anyone else had weird dreams like this that seem so real that you can remember everything that went on exactly as if you were watching it as a movie. Normally I remember my dreams after I wake up for 5 mins and forget them altogether or just major parts. In this case however, I remembered the entire dream. I don't even know if this can be analyzed but if possible I'd really like to hear anyone's perspective on this effed up dream to try and make some sense of it. I know it was really long but I had to get everything in there. Thanx /\ /\
