Were Adam and Eve homo sapiens or homo neanderthalensis?

How does the Bible explain the skulls found from the other parts of the Homo genus?

Adam and Eve never existed...so there you go...but had they existed at the "time frame" they would have had to been Homo Neanderthalensis....being as (true) Neanderthals have only been extinct for about 37,000 years.....
