What am I supposed to do if there's a chance she's still interested?

She said she has a bf. I'm not sure if she does or not, considering her personality, she could just have been testing me...idk. Everyone said to move on. We don't talk and we didn't talk much previously. So she wouldn't be wondering why I'm not talking to her...

Honestly, now, I don't even look at her. I've been going in to do my thing, act as though I don't notice her, and get out.

I noticed her standing and staring at me again. (while I was laughing/smiling at some text I'd gotten) I'd been looking off in another direction, might have looked like I was checking someone out w/the smile. Previously, she'd entered my area and was watching me as she walked with a pleasant expression/slight smile. I glanced at her and didn't look back. And before that, we almost ran into each other in the bathroom, neither of us said anything, she didn't look at me, just continued walking out.

I don't understand. I know I'm fairly attractive. But there has to be more there than her just seeing me as good looking. I almost feel like that get-together-cancellation-with-mention-of-bf-but-question-of-a-reschedule was a test, like she'd expected me to reschedule with her. I had subtly declined with the excuse that it was spring break, but there I was during spring break rather than on vacation...Also likely is that she is interested/attracted but does indeed have a bf. I acknowledge she could be wondering something else. If you've got an idea, share it! Moving on is the best option for now, but she always gets me questioning again. (I'm really hoping there are some attractive girls in my classes next quarter...)
Well, we haven't spoken in a while, so we haven't flirted in a while. It's all in her watching me.
