What are calories and how do they make you fat? I don't understand if they are different to fat and carbs and protein or if they come from all carbs, fat and protein because i heard 4 calories make a gram of carbohydrate and protein and 8 cals make up a gram of fat :S
im just confused, could anyone tell me all they know about this and how much to eat for a normal lifestyle? e.g walking half an hour a day, going to college etc.
