Also if we receive social security payments.We have a Medicare number which we use to obtain medical care and thats it.We have a drivers license which has an associated number but that is only used for driving.We like any other country also have passports and a passport number.These numbers are only used for their assigned purpose and not as a general identification and we do not have another numbering system.</blockquote>
