What are interesting topics (political, social, economic, etc.) to debate about?

Hey guys thanks for your help btw. I've been stumped on ideas of what I can bring up in my government class. I've had some good ones related to school or pay. I want topics people can easily start agreeing or disagreeing with me about. It'd be entertaining that way. So absolutely anything would work. Teen related issues would be more preferable because I'm a high school senior. Thanks guys

You could possibly talk about bullying and whether or not the government has the right to make laws to control these bullies (1st amendment right to free speech?). Maybe the school budget cutting classes, teen pregnancy ...

I dont know where you live but in california our governor signed the "Dream Act" which allows illegal immigrants to recieve government subsidies for college. In alabama the new hb 65 law that requires public schools to check students’ immigration status. Strip search in schools maybe. Abortion is always a good one.
