what are my chances.?

okayy so a year and 2 months ago i was taken from my mom and forced to move in with my dad beacause i had gotten into a lot of trouble when i lived with my mom [[sex,dropped out of school,got high,partied a lot]] and i only see my mom for 4 hours a week supervised visits.
but within this past year ive transformed my life i have a 3.6 GPA ive made up all of myy missing credits ive been sober and celibate for over a year...my mom now has her own place and has had a steady job for about 2 months...my dad is emotionally abusive and treats me horribly
im 16 1/2 years old

i was wondering what my chances of being able to go back and live with my mom are.
