What are similar CD's to "The Holiday" soundtrack?

I really love the CD Hans Zimmer put together for "The Holiday." I have a few of his other CD's but I really love the melodic happy feeling that is represented in this type of movie. Does anyone know any similar CD's?

It's not completely like his & it's a little heavy & more classical, but I liked the Pride & Prejudice soundtrack.
