What are some career options for someone interested in the middle east?

I am interested in countries in the Middle East. I am fluent in Turkish and English and I understand Arabic and I plan on learning how to speak it fluently soon. I want to have a family yet at the same time have a career. Is there any career that would not require relocating? I live in Dallas, Texas.
