What are some cheap lounges/private rooms in NYC for engagement party?!?

I am hosting an engagement party this November (the weekend before thanksgiving weekend) So it is REALLY soon and I still can't find a cheap lounge/private party room. If anyone can please drop some comments with a few places in NYC (not too expensive please) that are available with my criteria it would be greatly appreciated. Please and thank you!
