I live in Baguio philippines, so it's mostly Baguio vegetables and some lowland vegetables: cabbage, mongo sprout, mongo, black beans, potatoes, carrots, eggplants, squash, sayote, broccoli, cauliflower, camote, sayote leaves, bittermelon, okra, camote (sweet potato), swamp cabbage/kangkong, spinach, cucumber, patola, upo, gabi, peas, tofu (not a veg though),celery, green onion, corn, onion, garlic, mustardleaf/mustasa, tomato, bell pepper, squash flowers, bamboo shoot, banana heart, ginger, malunggay. i think i may have forgotten a few.
