What are some great Sci Fi movies about aliens?

I'm looking for some movies to watch. I love Alien movies, conspiracy types of movies..But I also want you guess to tell me some movies that are true based or fictional but a good plot.

Example...Communion, Invasion, Earth stood still, ect...
 
Close encounters, Alien, Aliens, Predator, Star Trek (2009), District 9, Star Wars, E.T., and Independence Day
 
its not really alien but try some of the after dark horror films and stuff like that everyone who makes sci fi movies make these they are kinda cheesy but some can be really good to
