You should play body twister.
You can make your own board. Basically you pick four body parts, like tongue, chin, left toe and ass, and have one in each corner of the board [like normal twister] and then the four basic colors. red blue yellow and green. The person spins, like regular twister, and say they get "yellow&tongue" they have to walk up to a random person wearing yellow and touch the yellow clothing with their tongue.
