what are some household chores i can give to my daughters.. Ages, 14,10 and 6?

I become a nagger mom ...My 10 year old can't constantly keep her room tidy.She never do it if I didn't tell her to do so.. and even If i tell her... she is not doing it. She can't make her bed ... though i constantly reminded her.. Even my 14 years old leaves her room and things scatterd around her room. The only thing they do (I have two 14 year old daughters.) is to wash the dishes they do it alternately. I hate to nag... I wish I can tell them nicely everytime.. but.. i am feed up. HELPPPP.
